    The San Antonio lifestyle is one which simply must be experienced to be believed. Yes, it’s really that good. If you’re looking for quintessential Texas, San Antonio is where you’ll find it.

    Home to the Alamo and Riverwalk, San Antonio is located in the southern-central portion of the Lone Star State. It’s a diverse community, blending a few distinct cultures into one wonderful amalgamation. So, let’s jump right into the San Antonio lifestyle and what you can expect.

    Originally founded on a Spanish mission in 1718, San Antonio formally incorporated as a city in June of 1837. Spanning over 465 square miles, with a population of more than 1.5 million, it nevertheless maintains its small town feel.

    That’s one of the most attractive elements — the small town experience. But, it’s also a community which continues to steadily grow, with more companies launching and relocating to the area. Here, visitors and residents alike enjoy a number of things to see and do all over the city.

    San Antonio Weather

    The weather in San Antonio offers something for just about anyone. Spring is a terrific time of year, as is fall. Summers are quite warm and winters are very mild, indeed.

    Things to Do in San Antonio

    San Antonio offers a historic and eclectic combination, with a whole bunch of things to see and do, like the following:

    1.Museums. For those who like to travel back in time and experience the life of old from decades past, San Antonio certainly delivers.
    2.Riverwalk. This is one of the most visited destinations in San Antonio and for good reason. Here, people can enjoy a long, pleasant stroll, all kinds of tasty fare, plenty of retail therapy, and entertainment.
    3.San Antonio Botanical Garden. Sprawling over 33 acres, the San Antonio Botanical Garden is a wonderful escape to indulge. With all kinds of plants and more, it’s a must see when in the city.
    4.The Alamo. This once Spanish mission is most famous for its role in a war for state independence in 1836, it’s perhaps the most recognizable icon in the city.
    5.SeaWorld San Antonio. A combination theme park and zoo, this is a great place to visit with family and learn about the park’s extensive conservation, rescue, and rehabilitation efforts.
    6.Tower of the Americas. This is another great destination, offering scenic views of the city like none other from 750 feet in the air.
