Amazing real estate agent!
Angelina truly is an amazing real estate agent, and I would highly recommend her without hesitation. She is passionate about helping people, and I see it first hand every day because I am her husband. I'm sure you're thinking well of course a husband would give a great review, but I am telling the full truth about my experiences both buying and selling with her and seeing her work with clients.
We have bought and sold several properties together over the last seven years, both for our primary residence as well as investment properties. Each transaction was a complete success because of her tremendous efforts. On the buying side, she knows how to stage homes/have professional pictures, market them, promote the neighborhood/community, prices them competitively to garner a great deal of interest, and in each case she was able to sell quickly, often with multiple offers. Having multiple offers not only netted us the best price possible, but we also were able to pick the buyers with the best chance of closing (good financing, realistic expectations on inspection items, etc).
The buying side has been equally successful for us. She has so much patience with me, and has been able to make the impossible happen for us in terms of price as well as other accommodations we have needed from sellers.
In terms of the service I've seen her provide her clients, it is simply remarkable. I could go on and on about what I've seen, but I'll try to keep it short. The biggest difference with her than most agents is she genuinely cares about making her clients happy long term. Her income has always been supplemental for us, meaning she has no pressure to get a closing every month. She is an agent first and foremost because she wants to make positive impacts on people's lives.
Angie gets to know the clients well, so she can give them the best possible advice for their situations. I have seen countless times where she could have gotten clients to a quick closing, but she knew something was not right for them. Either she thought a better house was out there for them, or even if it wasn't a good idea for someone to buy or sell. I can't imagine many agents out there looking out for clients like this. Angie is willing to not make a sale if she knows it is not in the clients best interest.
Before she became an agent I had no idea how much was involved in the buying and selling process. She really does work 24/7. Angie is involved start to finish, not just with finding or listing a home, but also works closely with lenders, underwriters, inspectors, appraisors, etc to insure smooth closings.
